Area of Responsibility: Supply Chain Coordination and planning of all actions related to the Supply Chain, from supply to the delivery of finished products to the customer Planning and implementation of distribution strategies Supervising all logistics operations and its compliance with applicable procedures Supervising the process of assembling furniture for customers Coordination of inventory planning processes and import deliveries Monitoring and correction of inventory levels in the warehouse Responsible for achieving all operational related targets while ensuring continuous improvements of the right SC processes, practices and tools Identifying bottlenecks in subordinate areas Conducting and analyzing KPIs Support for the proper use of the SAP system Cooperation with a sales departments Planning and implementation of budget expenses in the entrusted area of liability Administration Running the company's office in Mexico City Managing a team of employees (20) Government affairs and operation permits Legal representative issues Administrative and organizational support for other company departments Overseeing day-to-day operations Developing organizational policies Managing administrative budgets Hiring and training of staff Monitoring operating expenses Dealing with external suppliers/service providers (office supplies, security, cleaning products, etc.) IT & Maintenance Supervision of the SAP system IT equipment acquisition & maintenance Maintenance worker supervision Management of rented space (office, warehouse, showrooms) and equipment Renovations, repairs, launching new showrooms Fleet supervision What's Crucial on this Position: Experience on a managerial position for min. 5 years. (with deeper knowledge in logistics area, especially warehouse and imports)

Ability to manage the entire back office Ability to manage and optimize logistics processes, in particular warehouse processes Knowledge in the field of warehouse controls Analytical skills Showing own initiative, proposing changes, ability to solve problems Ability to manage the work of the subordinate team and motivate to cooperate in the field of optimization Advanced knowledge of SAP Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing (regular contact with the company's headquarter) The data administrator is VOX CUW sp.
