About the Role

Leader for the logistics team in the pumps & valves facility, activities including but not limited are: to plan the budget analysis for the department, promote MRP optimization and correct execution, optimize material parameters in SAP, establish adequate PFEP planning for the facility, optimize and improve the warehouse capacity and utilization, SLED compliance, to process purchase order requisitions in NextGen platform, to provide support and work with cross functional teams such as distribution, engineering, manufacturing, PCC, sourcing, packaging, EHS and finance mainly.

What You Will Do

  • Identifies and leads initiatives to improve the supply-chain process.
  • Supporting customers and leading customer proposal efforts to reach its highest efficiency.
  • Accountable for maintaining Supply chain process and documentation updated. (ETQ)
  • Responsible for planning the layout of the factory (from the materials and logistics perspective) as well as the planning of material distribution routes and flows all across the facility.

Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business).
  • High skills of SAP system, Excel, Word and Power Point
  • High English proficiency is a must

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Proven experience in logistics and Supply chain management analytics.
  • Implemented projects for cost savings, increase velocity, improve ergonomics, etc
  • Strong penchant for solving complex business problems with most suitable analytic tool
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
  • 6 Sigma project experience
