The SNP is responsible to coordinate and guarantee Service Level, owns the short- mid- and long-term product supply sufficiency acting as the primary contact bridging the Customer, Demand and Production Planners at Kerry Mexico production facilities negotiating necessary changes working collaboratively. Responsible to generate production requirements according to demand within the Supply Network while optimizing customer service, inventory value and carrying costs.

• Defining and implementing differentiated supply planning strategies to optimize supply efficiencies while balancing capacity, dependent demands, inventory targets and stock risks within the Kerry Mexico.
• Ensure full transparency in terms of capacity and raw material availability along the E2E supply chain for ingredients to production, supply planning and sourcing being a partner with defined stakeholder and initiating follow-ups in case of deviations to the agreed plan by defining specific needs. Publish every period Sourcing Plan for short, Mid y Long Term (0 week – 18 months) and guarantee it in APO SAP System with Pro-active highlighting and identifying resolutions of potential ingredients constraints within the tactical horizon in the weekly/monthly capacity and tactical alignment Tier meetings.
• Setting optimal safety stocks on SKU-level within the relevant Supply Network, Balancing Service vs Cost - Optimizing Customer Service at minimum cost Level.
• Guarantee a properly Supply Plan 18 horizon months by technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experiencein Supply Planning or Production Scheduling
• Experience in Supply Chain areas such as Supply Planning, Material Call off or Production Scheduling in Food and Enzymes Industries
• Excellent PC application skills -MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience in SAP & APO
• Advanced English, excellent verbal and written communication skills
