Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Current Visa
- Advanced English level
- Bachelor´s degree
- SAP knowledge
- 3 years´ experience in a manufacturing environment
Functions-Responsabilities
- Comply with Policies, Procedures & Quality manufacturing system.
- Release Job numbers in daily form.
- Comply and maintain the Line Layouts (Pcs x hr & Headcount).
- Develop, Motivate and Guide personnel in charge to achieve the production goals.
- Ensure the manufacturing process is on control (using statistical process tools).
- Coordinate transfer of resposibilities and information between shiftes.
- Ensure the correct payroll administration of his personnel.
- Supervise the correct record of the scrap of the lines.
- Production Plan achievement.
- Participate and use the TEOA tools.
- Responsible to achieve Safety, Quality, Service & Cost KPIs goals.
- Adopt and promote the preventive measures and Health and Safety procedures established by the Company to avoid accidents or illnesses.
