We are currently searching for a System Admin - IAM Operations :
Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and continuously improve IAM applications including, but not limited to, CyberArk .
- Successfully execute technology changes aligned with company policy ( Change policy, SDLC, etc. ).
- Work with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value with existing tools and toolsets.
- Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding and/or uplift of applications/systems specific to Identity & Access Management.
- Identify areas for process improvement in areas relating to Identity & Access Management.
- Troubleshoot access-related issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s culture and values.
Requirements:
- Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers.
- Experience with Role-Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills.
Desired:
- Experience with ServiceNow.
Languages:
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
