It specializes in cloud and data modernization, Microsoft Dynamics Modernization, Digital contact center setup and management, managed cloud services, and digital transformation services.

We are currently searching for a System Admin - IAM Operations :

Responsibilities:

  • Support, maintain, and continuously improve IAM applications including, but not limited to, CyberArk .
  • Successfully execute technology changes aligned with company policy ( Change policy, SDLC, etc. ).
  • Work with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value with existing tools and toolsets.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding and/or uplift of applications/systems specific to Identity & Access Management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in areas relating to Identity & Access Management.
  • Troubleshoot access-related issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s culture and values.

Requirements:

  • Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers.
  • Experience with Role-Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills.

Desired:

  • Experience with ServiceNow.

Languages:

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
