Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • To handle and coordinate administrative Staffing processes for a small client group (e.g.: maintains and improves P&O information systems, follows up candidates inquiries and provides reliable information on basic Staffing processes, participates/leads projects aimed at improving administrative Staffing processes, etc.) in support of the overall Staffing effort to cost effectively deliver world class talent across the organization. • Provide administrative support to the implementation of processes and standards for all Talent Acquisition aspects (screening candidates, sending contracts to successful can-didates, etc.). • Contribute to various initiatives related to the implementation of recruitment and selection programs. -Prepare reports on specific topics such as resourcing needs analysis, re-cruitment market trends, performance of Talent Acquisition related vendors and/or other recruitment services. • Assist in maintaining accurate and efficient Talent Acquisition process (sourcing, selection, hiring) to support the dedicated client group. -Coordinate analyzes/researches on recruitment issues and prepare relevant reports. • Temporary assistance in interview scheduling (to be replaced by technology once rolled out)• Initiating and tracking background checks, monitoring so that the person is cleared for hire by the start date. • Adding individual’s data to the Sandoz Start new hire tracker and correcting to make sure the IT builds are smooth and accurate (critical for day one)• Sending welcome emails and addressing new hire questions prior to start date.

Minimum Requirements

•Solid verbal and written English skills
•BA/BS degree
•At least 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR or administrative areas
•Ability to prioritize, customer centricity
•Proven commitment to teamwork and collaboration
•Experience working with Teams , Outlook, ATS.
