We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who shares our passion for delivering the highest level of client service to thrive in our team-oriented culture. The TA Intern will provide day-to-day support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience and to assist in expediting the recruiting process.

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in the recruitment process in order to find the best candidate.
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events, assessing and managing referral processes.
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
  • Special projects or assignments as needed.
  • Support university recruiting.

Requirements:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Graduation date July 2025 or later.
  • People-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, both in Spanish and English. Portuguese will be a plus.
  • Out of the box thinker who takes initiative, is a self-starter and brings creative ideas.
