Responsibilities :
- Participate in the recruitment process in order to find the best candidate.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events, assessing and managing referral processes.
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
- Special projects or assignments as needed.
- Support university recruiting.
Requirements:
- 40 hours per week
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Graduation date July 2025 or later.
- People-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment.
- Strong verbal and communication skills, both in Spanish and English. Portuguese will be a plus.
- Out of the box thinker who takes initiative, is a self-starter and brings creative ideas.
