We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who shares our passion for delivering the highest level of client service to thrive in our team-oriented culture. The TA Intern will provide day-to-day support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience and to assist in expediting the recruiting process.

Responsibilities :
Participate in the recruitment process in order to find the best candidate.
Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events, assessing and managing referral processes.
Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
Special projects or assignments as needed.
Support university recruiting.
Requirements :
40 hours per week
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Graduation date July 2025 or later.
People-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment.
Strong verbal and communication skills, both in Spanish and English. Portuguese will be a plus.
Out of the box thinker who takes initiative, is a self-starter and brings creative ideas.
