Your role at Baxter:

You'll be on-point for the delivery of excellence throughout the hiring process, focused on larger-scale recruiting for our manufacturing sites. Your day will center around talent identification, screening, and engagement of talent aligned to manufacturing production in our facilities. To experience success in this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, you'll be super organized, proactive and can think ahead. You're phenomenal at multi-tasking. And, you're definitely someone that loves talking to people—for sure.

This is where your work matters. As a recruiter, you play a critical role in ensuring we deliver a continuous pipeline of motivated candidates based on business needs. You'll closely partner with hiring managers, team members, and your HR Business Partners to help make this happen as one team.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll focus on proactively searching candidate databases for and connecting with potential talent.
  • You'll screen job applications to evaluate candidate suitability and you'll actively engage and generate employee referrals.
  • You'll help drive community outreach, ensuring we're tapping into talent from our local markets. This could be schools, organizations, community groups, or local associations.
  • You'll take an active role in promoting Baxter as a great place to work. This means you'll understand what is needed to be successful in this environment and can speak authentically about what it's like to work with us.
  • You'll lead the candidate experience, providing a front-row seat into what candidates can expect.
  • You will keep up to date with market insights in order to identify best practices and market trends to guide the recruiting experience and advise your stakeholders

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting—manufacturing, healthcare, or pharma is a plus.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills—you'll love talking with candidates and Hiring Managers!
  • Proven capability in effectively handling concurrent hiring priorities and partners at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle without impacting delivery quality and timelines
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as an ATS and direct sourcing tools and techniques
