Talent Acquisition Process Improvement Specialist

  

This role has been designated as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

As a Talent Acquisition Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, analyzing, and enhancing our operational procedures. Your responsibilities will include comprehending and documenting existing workflows, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and implementing strategies to attain our "future state" objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of Talent Acquisition process mapping, effective stakeholder communication, and drive operational excellence.

How you'll make your mark:

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on end-to-end Global recruitment processes, collaborating with recruitment, HR, and business partners to optimize Talent Acquisition Processes and systems.
  • Conduct process mapping exercises to document current state workflows across various recruitment areas.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze and interpret current state processes, identifying inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement Process Improvement strategies to transition from the current state to the future state, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.
  • Continuously monitor, measure, and report on the impact of implemented Process Improvements.
  • Develop clear and concise presentations or visual aids to effectively communicate current state findings and propose future state solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure recruitment process and practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements.
  • Offer continuous support for process-related inquiries, training, and assistance.

About you:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools, including but not limited, to Visio and Skore
  • Preferred experience with Workday Recruiting Module
  • Experience in creating and maintaining Talent Acquisition process maps
  • Experience in University Recruitment is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing relationships.
  • Experience in managing small staffing projects or participating in larger staffing projects.
  • Experience in Process Improvement with attention to detail.
