Be a part of something truly special! Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol as Talent Acquisition Specialist (Supervisor). On the stunning southern coast of Mexico’s Baja peninsula, experience Cabo’s Golden Corridor, ideally located between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. In the heart of all the action, the coveted community of Cabo Del Sol is home to our modern hacienda-style village, with sparkling ocean views throughout. Create magical memories as hearts beat to the rhythm of Mexican music, art and culture – embraced by the warmth of our Four Seasons “familia.” This ultra-luxury ocean-front resort will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, Amenities will include three restaurants, five bars, three pools, an open-air fitness center designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, Spa with ten treatment rooms and relaxation oasis, and The Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is perched above the resort with sweeping Ocean views, and it is being designed as THE place to host spectacular weddings and events for up to 250 people. It will feature and event lawn for ceremonies, an indoor/outdoor ballroom, living room space for entertaining, and a bridal suite.

The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Supervisor).

Reporting to the Assistant Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for leading the TA Success across property, support, building and managing TA strategy, supports in coaching Hiring Managers on TA process. Responsible for full cycle recruitment, up to and including Department Head.

Knowledge and Skills

3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience building strong relationships with business and HR leadership, hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to determine business staffing needs. Experience implementing cost effective recruitment plans that minimize time-to-fill, optimize fit and retention and place top-quality, diverse candidates in open positions.

Knowledge in Workday HRIS is a plus.

Fluency in Spanish and English language is a must for this location.

Essential Functions

Develop creative approaches to support the Talent Acquisition Roadmap in identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities. Identify and leverage the right internal/external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, multi-media advertising, social media, job fairs, university fairs, networking, community involvement/partnerships and third-party assistance. Builds appropriate and meaningful relationships with University and Colleges.

Oversee full lifecycle recruiting of top tier candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance, up to Planning Committee. Lead Recruiter for Critical & Confidential leadership positions.
