Location of the role – Querétaro, Mx – hybrid
Reports to the Talent & Change Mgmt Team Lead/ Specialist
Provides service to BUs and Regional Functional HRDs
Collaborates with other GBS teams such as HRO, Tier 1, HRIS to provide services
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Execute talent and performance management processes for BUs’ and Regional Functions’ HRDs
- Integrate local and regional experiences to align talent and performance management approach, processes and tools
- Coordinate data updates in system to ensure accurate talent and performance information is available.
- Provide relevant metrics and high-level analytics around talent and performance management
- Support the talent management content development and communication activities. Manage talent sharepoints and documents ensuring they are updated.
- Contribute to the standardization and simplification of the execution of talent processes and their tools
- Provide change, talent and performance management coaching to employees
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor in Organizational Psychology or similar- Excel proficiency
- Analytics and Intellectual curiosity
- Customer oriented and collaboration skills
- 3-5 years of experience in organizational development and/or HR business facing roles
- Willing to adjust work schedule to fit the region’s time zones
- Fluent English - must
