OVERVIEW

The Talent Community Crowdsourcing Lead will be responsible for leading a group of Talent Acquisition professionals, and build a nurture a vibrant Talent Community by using innovative crowd-sourcing or high volume recruitment strategies.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging crowd-sourcing platforms, and engaging with diverse community channels and social media platforms to attract, retain and cultivate talent.

All work should be done upholding Welocalize's 4 pillars of culture; Customer Service, Quality, Global Teamwork, and Innovation, and enhance and promote the company's Employer Branding.

Main Responsibilities
    • Strategic Planning: Development and execution of strategic plans for building and maintaining a robust talent community using crowd-sourcing methodologies.
    • Sourcing: Conduct market research and develop a region-specific sourcing strategy.
    • Talent Community Engagement: Identify and engage with key external platforms and communities to attract a diverse pool of potential candidates.
    • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and create crowd-sourcing campaigns to address specific hiring targets.
    • Team Micro-management: Lead a team dedicated to crowd-sourcing campaigns by providing guidance, support, and mentoring as needed.
    • OKRs Analysis: Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of crowd-sourcing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Reporting: Tracking the success of the crowd-sourcing recruitment efforts and providing regular reports on the effectiveness of the strategy.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in crowd-sourcing and talent acquisition.
    • Continuously evaluating and improving the crowd-sourcing recruitment process based on feedback and results to optimize candidate quality and the efficiency of the approach.
Key Competencies
    • At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on leading teams and executing successful crowd-sourcing or high volume recruitment strategies.
    • Strong understanding of crowd-sourcing platforms, social media, and online communities, coupled with a track record of engaging and recruiting top talent.
    • Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics to evaluate the efficacy of crowd-sourcing campaigns.
    • Leadership qualities and experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
    • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovation in talent community engagement.
    • Be a strong communicator, with ability to provide specific guidelines to other team members to with guidelines to follow.
    • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
