As a Team Lead you will be leading the team that is responsible of embedded Software Testing for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems towards achieve the objectives for the business, location and the team.

Team's Development and Performance:

• Assure functional excellence in Software Testing engineering
• Hiring, engagement and retention to ensure the right skills and capacity
• Team performance management, including goal setting and evaluation
• Develop the understanding of product, platform, and process of ADAS systems
• Execute competency roadmap of the team and team competences.
• Foster and encourage Bosch values and location related activities.
• Mentor and Coach the team

Project

• Project meeting attendance
• Workload management and delivery tracking (KPIs)
• Support the preparation and track project effort and budget
• Support the project planning, tracking and risk management
• Support the Defect tracking and root cause analysis
• Problem solving
• Lead or support tech reviews

Business

• Team budget management: invoicing, procurement activities
• Implement Partner and Customer Experience strategy
• Project staffing (planning and execution)
• Project status reporting to stakeholders (KPI and Metric reporting)
• Lead team’s strategy to achieve division and location goals: team contribution to be “best in class”.

Quality

• Implement Quality Improvement Measures
• Support QA department to develop strategies and definitions to ensure quality
• Support or lead defect management – Identify root cause (8D, CAR) and Improvement measures

• Bachelor’s degree on Electronics, Mechatronics or Computer Science and experience on embedded development and leadership
• Experience in Automotive domain (Chassis / Steering / Car Multimedia / ADAS) is preferred
• Experience in project and people management of medium size teams (at least 8+ engineers)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to dive deep into technical topics
• Hands on experience defining Process, Method & Tools (PMT) for engineering product line
• Good knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management solutions (DOORS, RTC, RQM, GIT etc.)
• Good knowledge of SW product / project life cycle process and hands on experience SWLC tools
• Knowledge & experience on Configuration Management, Requirement Management & Defect Tracking tools
• Experience in managing projects with distributed teams across locations, including international teams
• Ability to negotiate with customer, support global organization, and understanding with working in global multicultural projects
