- Assigned to the US Customer Relationship Management product delivery focusing on defining, designing, building and deploying Customer Relationship Management products.
-Support the development of Customer Relationship Management technology strategy to support creation of customer experience and customer engagement product/services roadmaps from concept to development to launch encompassing technology adoption, product engineering, service design, security and compliance and business process change.
- Collaborate with Salesforce platform management team and ensure that technologies are leveraged for US Customer Relationship Management products.
