Dirección*Manage the product backlog and partner with the product owner to prioritize the features for sprint cycles. Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies are possible in some projects.
*Collaborate with business / brand leadership to define objectives, stakeholders and definition of communication strategy.
*Support Operations leader to oversee our vendor(s), manage project plan, financials, and triage service requests.
*Collaborate with teams across IT, Brand partners, and Vendors to create daily/weekly status updates around program.
*Schedule meetings as needed stakeholders to discuss key topics and issues.
*Log, track and escalate risks / actions / dependencies (RAID log)
*Manage storage / archiving of all project documentation on the project collaboration site to ensure we are meeting internal and audit requirements.
*Support team meeting by capturing notes, aligning next steps and follow-up.
*Work with technical resources to understand technical enhancements request and solutions.
*Subject Matter Expert on MDM rules, survivorship, validation, and enhancements
*Review and validate business and technical enhancements to product with eye towards extensibility and privacy.
*Ensure service transition from delivery to support/operation team.
*Ensure the delivery of the projects on time, on budget and on quality.
*As the team is split in different physical area, ensure to support all the countries that are part of our coverage.
*Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred with Project Management experience (5-7 years) - PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.

*Expat in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
*Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile method
*Experience supporting the operations of a major cloud technology solution, Big Data platform is preferred.
*Experience with data engineering practices is a must.
*Inter-cultural experience in a global organization is a plus.
*Demonstrates at least a basic understanding of compliance and data privacy laws.
*English, speaking and written is a must. Spanish, Portuguese & French is a plus.
