Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a staffing or recruiting role.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in HR processes, such as sourcing, interviewing, and applicant evaluation.
  • Experience with applicants and discussing compensation packages.
  • Experience with program manager recruitment.
  • Ability to develop recommendations and implement solutions based on client needs.
  • Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills, and build productive relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible in finding the interesting applicants who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a diversity of thought to all they do. You will be guiding applicants through our hiring process. You will develop relationships with both applicants and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage applicants through Google's multi-faceted hiring process, maintaining a focus on excellent applicant and partner experience throughout the process. Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Google’s recruitment efforts.
  • Partner with hiring teams and peers to drive impactful initiatives towards diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
  • Communicate information and status to project leads and team members, work cross-functionally, and influence multiple levels.
  • Be involved in the staffing business strategy that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, and client management and applicants satisfaction.
  • Source, evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview processes, and drive offer processes, including reference checks when appropriate, salary recommendations and facilitation, and closing of applicants.
