Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot software and hardware for voice solution on cloud and on premise.
- Provide Senior Tier 3 Technical Support with a focus on high quality, accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Support is often provided to partners and customers who are in technical positions such as data formatting, firmware update, networking, and various IT functions.
- Develop and test small software fixes and features to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on current day-to-day activities and recommend ways in which to improve the department.
- Replicate complex issues in a controlled environment.
- Troubleshoot android and IOS applications.
- Code review for android and IOS applications.
- Troubleshoots and supports wireless connectivity within a variety of environments, such as distribution centers, warehouses, and retail.
- Maintains QA Lab test infrastructure for security, performance / scale, usability testing of software products.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5years in an advanced technical role, preferably software development and / or product support (Professional license necessary)
Programming languages Java, Python, C#, Android and IOS, transact SQL stored procedures.
- Software architecture and coding.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols.
- Experience with cloud solution (Azure).
- Ability to learn complex technical concepts in a short amount of time.
- Knowledge of both client and server operating systems.
- Troubleshoots and supports wireless connectivity within a variety of environments.
- Customer facing experience.
- Advanced English.
WE VALUE
- Hands-on experience in object-oriented programming, ideally Java, Python and Android / IOS
- Understanding of Internet application technologies including HTML, XML, and Internet application architectures based upon Java technology.
- Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (e.g. TCP / IP, FTP, DHCP, Telnet, etc.) and wireless networking
