The Call center Operator is a representative responsible for taking orders of money transfers, bill
payments, and answering the inquiries of customers related to general information about products,
locations, exchange rates, and prices to customers on the phone. They are responsible to satisfy customer
expectations and maintain a good image for the company. Call Center operators constitute the baseline of
the Operations dept with opportunities for promotion in this or other departments of the company.

  • Support and provide service via telephone
  • Use listening skills and telephone etiquette that support
  • Taking phone transactions of money transfers, bill payments, and telephone top-ups and offering
    adequate information
  • Use an effective approach to handle telephone tasks about
  • Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
  • Effectively deal with job stress and upset customers' situations

Hours of work: Looking for someone with schedule flexibility. Being able to work on weekends, holidays, and night hours.
Overtime expectations: Willing to support the operation with overtime whenever required.
Work environment: 100% office work.
