Highlight the main responsibilities
1. Realización de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a los herramentales, reacción a las anormalidades
encontradas.
2. Intervención en línea a los herramentales para reducir el tiempo muerto
3. Ajuste de componentes metálicos mediante
Rectificado
Esmerilado
Pulido
freseado
Soldadura
4. Utilización de Instrumentos de medición (Vernier, Indicador de Alturas, micrómetro y palpador)
5. Cumplimiento con los estándares de seguridad, medio ambiente y operación establecidos.
6.Seguimiento a proceso de escalación de problemas.
7.Retroalimentar e identificar mejoras en los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos.
8.Participación en talleres de mejora de indicadores de efectividad de tooling.
9.Ejecutar ajustes necesarios en tooling para asegurar producto 100% conforme.
