We are looking for a self-motivated professional that will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to develop the Trade Marketing plan
Funciones del Cargo:
•Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget •Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence on the field, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities •Work closely with the distributors and dealers. Understand their needs, implementing channel specific marketing strategies to help them achieve their sales quota •Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams •Reinforce the incentive plan, training and new communication channels focused on the field team •Leading and executing brand presence materials and store branding in nationwide POS, trucks, payments points and Customer Experience Centers to improve brand visibility •Ensure correct supply of field materials, POP and merchandising for distributors and strategic dealers •Coordination and follow-up with distributors and sales team to guarantee the correct use of the marketing fund •Visiting the dealers on the field regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected •Collect insights & information of customer needs on the field to promote successful marketing actions that generate value to them •Develop an annual training plan for dealers (certification matrix) •Support marketing area in activities like customer surveys, contacts (e-mailing campaign) and tokens •Conduct regular analysis and reports of key indicators like sales, payments, performance by region and dealer, among others •Coordinate and reinforce the annual recognition event “Top Dealers Performers”
Requisitos:
-3 years of experience in marketing/sales areas (Telcos is a plus).-• Graduate from Business administration, marketing & similars
