Dirección Purpose Statement: This position is responsible mostly for the development and facilitation of specialized training solutions that meet specific needs within the site, such as IPC trainings, customer focused trainings, etc. Also serves as a mentor of this topics and supports other activities related to LMS maintenance and keeping under control training metrics.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Identify needs and propose training solutions.
- Take the initiative to develop/develop and facilitate specialized trainings such us customer focused specific trainings as needed.
- Evaluate and improve if necessary trainings developed or facilitated.
- Demonstrate high knowledge and keep updated his/her external certifications such us IPC level CIT, in order to act not just as trainer but as mentor and consultant too.
- Keep updated training materials he/she is using and propose changes if it is the case.
Additional Accountabilities:
- Act as a mentor of MLS.
- Take initiatives to develop effective trainings plans to improve our training metrics.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative or Engineering is preferred; University/college student in final semesters is required.
- One year of related experience is required; two years of related experience is preferred.
- One year as an Internal Instructor in Plexus (desired)
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
