Training Coordinator

RESPONSABILITIES:

1. Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
2. Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
3. Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
4. Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.
5. Recruit and train new Trainers, delegate training tasks to the new Trainers and evaluate performance.
6. Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
7. Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
8. Create and maintain the DNC for all the employees hourly and salaried
9. Leader of committee of Diversity and inclusion
10. Help with organization of plant events.
11. Train all new employees and managers on performance process 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience as Training Coordinator, training facilitator or a similar role.
3. Working Under Pression
4. Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data
5. Microsoft skills.
6. Excellent time management skills, public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills
7. Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and personal computers
8. Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques
9. Exceptional organization skills, leadership and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail
11. Knowledgeable about learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms
12. Able to communicate in English
