ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

85 Customer Sales and Account Management To prepare, present and manage sales proposals and predeparture documents to groupsindividuals incorporating unique itineraries, accurate pricing and clearly defined terms and conditions 15 Teamwork with Operations To help to maintain the high quality experience by facilitating Client and Itinerarys information Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATION ANDOR EXPERIENCE

Minimum 35 years of experience in travel industry in a sales customer service role such as with a DMC, Guiding or in Tour Operation. Firsthand knowledge of Mexico tourism destinations preferred, most preferably Mexico City, Yucatan Peninsula, Riviera Maya, and Baja Los Cabos.EDUCATION ANDOR EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree in Tourism or a related field Recommended Previous travel industry sales experience and incountry of Mexico experience Preferred Excellent interpersonal skills High level of customer service sense required Strong writing skills Strong computer skillsLANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, write, understand, and speak Spanish and English fluently French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, andor other 3rd language is a plusJUDGEMENTREASONING ABILITY Use of good judgment and own initiative Logical thought process Ability to gauge pricing using company guidelines and personal judgmentexperienceOTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and be able to handle everyday situations quickly and effectively with a professional attitude and demeanor Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Able to prioritize, organize and to meet multiple deadlines Strong administrative and organization skills Detailoriented Computer literate, TourPlan Database, Microsoft Office Suite Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and internet Flexible and innovative Selfmotivated with ability to handle the excitement of a fastpaced company, entrepreneurial spirit is a definite asset Desire to work to achieve agreed goals and objectives.
