Treasury Cash Management Specialist

Mexico

About the role

Location: Mexico City #Hybrid

About the Role:

This role supports having systems, documentation, compliance and reporting in place and supports continuous improvement projects toxD; provide highly effective and efficient end-to-end processes. ThexD; position requires a self-driven, diligent, compliance mindset and collaboration within the TCM colleagues, the other FRA Ops process teams, Corporate Treasury and with business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Flawless execution (e.g., monitoring, controlling, releasing, confirming, matching and reconciliation) of transactions of Novartis entities with a special focus on FX and Money Market transactions (e.g., FX forwards, FX options, Swaps, spots, time deposits)

• Flawless execution of payments of Novartis entities with a banking relationship in Switzerland as well as all Treasury related payments (e.g., BD&L and M&A transactions, dividend payments)

• Responsible for the delivery of consolidated Cash Management and cash forecasting reports for Novartis Group entities

• Collaborating on the monthly clearing / netting process for the Group

• Safeguard, support and maintain Treasury and Banking master data and documentation for Novartis Group entities.

• Ensure accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of the Global Treasury and TCM Data.

• Execution of all relevant payments safeguarding that quality and effectiveness are in place and managed in accordance with defined standards and operating procedures (e.g., reflecting the relevant cut-off times per currency)

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Accountability 1-4 years relevant experience
• Spanish & advanced English (written and spoken).
• Experience in SAP environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization.
• Proactive, detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, customer service orientation, professional attitude, reliable.
