The Trust & Safety Specialist II is a part of the Trust &Safety Team and the broader Community Experience team, and their primary role is executing the Trust & Safety procedures, initiatives, and special projects, as needed by their team. As a more experienced team member, they are also expected to be a source of truth for the above. All work must be based on upholding the Welocalize Four Pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation and Global Teamwork.
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in one of the functional areas related to Trust and Safety (ie Trust & Safety, Compliance, Fraud analysis, Product risk specialists).
- Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ability to adapt to Business needs.
- Ability to stay organized and informed in such an environment.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and self-driven with the meet tight deadlines are essential Team-player with the ability to problem-solve and show initiative.
- Ability to prioritize ongoing projects based on business needs and urgencies that can arise.
- Team work and contributing to the team's success.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Strong data literacy, PowerBI experience a plus.
- Proven ability to learn new processes and tools.
