Job Description & Summary

General Purpose (of the position):

To be a trusted advisor to partners/leaders around impactful execution of our One Firm People strategy and diversity initiatives. To work collaboratively within the Deployment Consultant network to maximize resource sharing and provide efficient and effective deployment of staff to client engagements. To promote staff development through diverse experiences and positively impact financials through execution of workforce planning, forecasting, utilization, and workload balance initiatives.

Functions and responsibilities:

  • Staff engagements/projects, including identifying staff via TalentLink, clarifying details on open roles with engagement teams, reviewing potential staff with engagement team considering phasing, leverage, resource types including contingent labor, conflict resolution, internal staffing
  • Consider individual development needs, career interests, and broad-based experiences when making staffing decisions

  • Collaborate with the Deployment Consultant Network to maximize resource sharing & delivering the firm to our clients
  • Leverage a strong relationship with the Talent Consultant to have a positive impact in our people experience
  • Workforce planning, forecasting, utilization, workload balance, and diversity initiatives
  • Collaborate with Partners on Campus New Hires and Intern allocation to teams
  • Collaborate with L&D to identify instructors/role play participants

Preferred skills

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Advanced English level

  • Minimum of 4 years HR generalist experience, preferably in a professional services firm, demonstrating steady progression and advancement with increased responsibilities, including management, team building and presentation capabilities.
