Coordinate and ensure in a comprehensive way the transition and completion process of the construction stage of the project to the client, interacting with the different actors in this process.

Responsibilities:

• Compilation and follow-up of all the technical documents of closing the scope of each subcontractor during the execution of the project to ensure that all the technical documents required by the client are available.
• Generate follow-up and progress reports of the technical documentation collected.
• He will coordinate with construction, all the preliminary work required for the contractors who will supply equipment to Brewing and Packaging.
• He will coordinate the punch list walks on site, both the opening and closing of these together with those in charge of the areas that raised the points.
• Perform Temporary Transfers for Custody, Care and Control between contractors, likewise, support in the management and processing for Area Transfers to the client, review all quality documents necessary for transfers.
• He will verify the conditions of the areas to be delivered at the site of the works.
• He will support in the coordination of the archiving of all documents required by FMG Global in case you come to the site to do an audit.
• It will ensure a quick and timely transition/turnover to the customer.
• It will coordinate the Close Out of the contracts, as well as the delivery of the final information t o the client.

What are you going to bring?

Education and Ratings:

• Education: Engineering or related field

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the turnover position and QA/QC related positions for construction projects. Desirable user-level driving experience in Smart Completion.

Knowledge :

• Database management and data an alysis.
• Management of work teams.
• Knowledge in the philosophy of systems and subsystems.
• Knowledge in the implementation of technical documentation that supports the construction closure record.
• Knowledge of the brewing process.

Base or Workplace : Veracruz, Mexico. Only for Professionals who currently reside outside of Veracruz:
- Accommodation: 1 month of hotel and advance payment of 14,000 mxn (gross)
- Mobilization bonus: 26,000 mxn (gross)
- Per diems: 26,000 mxn (gross)

If you currently reside in Veracruz:
- Travel: transportation from home to site and from site to home.
