VALIDATION MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE

YOUR TASKS

• Supervise, Coach and support System Test Engineering Team: Project Management, Test Methods, Test Reporting & Tracking of a Problem.
• Assure completion of task according to Internal processes and technical matters for customer requirements in terms of quality, cost, and timing.
• Planning and integration of internal and, if necessary, external sub-suppliers, coordinating and monitoring the completion of orders.
• Create and provide guidelines to support employees in functions related to System Test Engineering Tasks.
• Planning, steering, monitoring, and accompanying audits and certifications.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 to 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• BS required, preferred in Electronics / Electric / Mechatronics / Physics
• Preferred master’s degree in engineering or science (Electronics / Electric / Physics)
• +4 years of experience as Manager
• Leadership experience and ability to manage +10 engineers to achieve the required level of the quality with testing, training, and planning activities.
• English Proficiency Communication
