Venture Partnership Analyst

Our client is looking for a Venture Partnership Analyst to:

• Ensure the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with analysts, investors, and all stakeholders.
• Responsible for creating the appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics, as well as for providing a very compelling investor relations roadmap.
• Carefully manage relationships outside the company in the equity research and investor community.

The holder of this job reports directly to the CEO and CFO, The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies key companies to partner with
• Will constantly introduce partnership opportunities to internal business areas
• Will have constant communication with Global CFO and other investment counterparties making introductions for investment opportunities
• Will be present within the FinTech ecosystem events and hackathons; probably will be responsible of sponsoring a few of them.

Skills and knowledge required

• Experience in the FinTech Ecosystem in Mexico or abroad is a plus
• Advanced knowledge on key financial industry trends
• Project Management / Leading skills
• Excellent Problem Solving skills
• Knowledge of the Mexican Fintech Law is a plus
• Experience in Financial Modeling is a plus
• Financial Due Diligence experience

Big plus if you:

• Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry.
• Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
• Experience in the creation and management of roadshows, identifying funding opportunities, maintaining relationships with current investors.

Experience Target:

At least 5 years of experience with investors
