We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
VicePresident Project Manager Finance Change Delivery – Product Control
Role purpose:
A lead role within Product ControlFinance Change Delivery (PC FCD) function. Product control change owns, leads, and drives strategic projects within Product Control (PC) function of Global Banking & Markets (GBM) business.
Main activities:
- Deliver the role of a lead Project Manager on transformational projects – primarily to Mexico, but also across other regions (South America and US)
- Assume overall responsibilities & accountabilities of specific programs of change with an aim to deliver transformational agenda for the business as mandate
- Assist in or deliver project plan for business prioritized initiatives
- Own & refine book of work for Product Control and feed required details into appropriate business prioritization forums
- Manage product backlogs and ensure that there is a good level of visibility on progress of items within the backlog to appropriate stakeholders viz., end-users, project governance forums, senior project/program managers
- Exercise control of spend on business prioritized work to minimize throwaway work and ensure delivery is achieved within approved funding
- Ensure that all items are properly closed on delivery and expected benefits validated as being realized (this should be logged and communicated to senior business and change stakeholders)
- Aspire and be willing to take lead on other internal FCD initiatives, actively shape up the evolution of other initiatives and/or teams thereby acting as a role model for others
This is a cross-cutting role following matrix organization model; therefore, the role holder will be required to cooperate and collaborate with Global Product Control Teams, Global PC Change Teams, PC IT team and Front- and Middle-Office teams
