About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and talented Video Editor and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in crafting engaging short-form content by interacting with influencers, requesting content, and editing it for marketing purposes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, Social Media management, and e-commerce, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to influencers for content collaboration, ensuring a steady flow of material for marketing campaigns.

• Edit raw footage from influencers into compelling short-form content suitable for various Social Media platforms, aligning with our brand's voice and goals.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that support our business objectives.

• Monitor Social Media trends and analytics to guide content creation and strategy adjustments.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy with creative ideas and insights.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio that demonstrates skills in creating engaging short-form content.

• Over 3 years of experience in managing Social Media platforms, with a proven track record of growing engagement and effectively communicating a brand’s message.

• Experience in the e-commerce sector, with an understanding of its dynamics and marketing strategies.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Strong teamwork skills, with experience working in remote teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
