As a Real EstateVirtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our Real Estate professionals. This remote position demands a candidate with a proven background in executive assistance, proficiency in relevant software, and a talent for enhancing operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Manage email and calendar for the Real Estate team;
- Schedule appointments and property showings;
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners via phone and email;
- Maintain and update Real Estate databases and files;
- Coordinate and manage listing and closing documents;
- Conduct market research and prepare reports;
- Conduct lead follow-up and generation;
- Use CRM to compile information for customers, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data;
- Manage sales inquiries;
- Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success;
- Manage social media (if needed);
- Knowledge of Zillow, Go High Level, Zapier, MLS and/or other softwares would be a plus;
- Cold Calling;
- Google Ads.
