As the Warehouse Manager at Tive, you will directly impact Tive’s growth in the emerging Latin American market.
Our ideal candidate has:
3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management and operations.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
High School Education or a technical degree is required.
Experience working with shipping tools and software.
Local knowledge of courier shipping and parcel services.
Advanced skills in computer-based Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Availability to work during the established company working hours.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
What you’ll be doing:
Oversee daily warehouse operations.
Comply with inventory procedures and proper record maintenance.
Process customer sales orders and coordinate shipping and receiving logistics.
Adhere to safety and occupational health standards.
Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Manage and lead the activities of the staff, including hiring, training, and team development.
Implement and maintain computer-based storage systems.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business processes.
Prepare performance reports and analyze data to improve operations.
Manage budgets and report any deviations.
Additional Requirements:
Pass a background check.
Sign a confidentiality agreement.
Dangerous Goods shipping certification is a plus.
