Key responsibilities:
Oversees and directs shift and/or Warehouse Operations to achieve the highest level of safety, productivity, and customer service with a constant focus on cost and efficient use of labor and infrastructure.
- Determines standard operation procedures and prepares work schedules, analyze production and implement process improvements, prevent errors and recommends/implements corrective action for assigned shifts.
- Ensures Inventory levels and system accurate as per goals and customer needs, ensure billing and labor payrolls are timely and accurate. Has responsibility for safe and efficient use of facility equipment.
- Communicates with Assistant Managers and/or Site Manager regarding daily operational workload and issues. Reports directly to the Site Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Keeps materials and ensure procurement activities for supplies and tools for production processes.
- Meets customer and Company key performance metrics, goals and objectives.
- Fosters a team environment within the facility and demonstrates strong leadership skills.
- Manages, evaluates and mentors warehouse colleagues.

- Bachelor's degree, industrial engineering, international trade, logistics.
- 5 years with verifiable experience in warehouse, logistics operations and border distribution centers.
- Management of WMS or ERP.
- IMMEX Operations.
- Continuous improvement processes

- Ability to solve problems.
