What awaits you?
• Providing second-level and third-level troubleshooting and technical support to achieve the specific performance targets of the plant's technologies.
• Managing and completing of warm joining technologies, focused on spot welding, Projection welding, Laser welding and/or MAG/MIG technologies regarding quality, maintenance, trouble shooting and efficiencies/continues improvement activities.
• Handling all delegated technology-related topics and budget planning for the relevant department.
• Providing standby support for production lines and joining issues within the scope of responsibility, with a focus on production, including 2nd and 3rd shifts or weekends when requested.
• Supporting in the technology commissioning as enabling phases, quality assurance and acceptance for new projects.
• Implementing new processes, including new equipment, ECP (new material), document changes, joining technology programming, and handling modifications, improvements, and initial implementation.
What you should bring along?
• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in joining technologies in the automotive industry.
• Advanced knowledge on Bosch equipment, Fronius Equipment, Tucker equipment and Laser equipment, welding equipment parametrization and core tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA etc)
• Fluent business English.
