 We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of WSI  (Workforce Strategy and Insights) Consulting Advisor Development

Role purpose

·         Outward Looking: Stay informed about industry research and benchmarking and driving the inclusion of the external perspective in our products and services.

Functional Knowledge

·         Understanding of Analytics best practice, external trends, and developments.

·         Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes.

·         Expert in Agile project management and process optimization.

·         Experience of working in a large matrix organization, ideally international.

·         2-5

 year of relevant experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputed university
