Sparkling Mindz was founded with a vision to create innovative learning experiences and make

education relevant in the 21st century. We create inspiring, engaging and empowering game-

based learning experiences for children across ages.

Since 2011 we have been running a game-based afterschool program called Young

Achievers Academy that focuses on developing thinking and communication skills in children

between 3-16 years. We are looking for passionate individuals who think skills like creative

thinking, critical thinking, communication skills, empathy and problem solving are critical and

essential to develop in children TODAY.

Position Available: Learning Facilitator – Young Achievers Academy

Part-time

Location(s): Bangalore (Kalyan Nagar)

Training and Probation: 1 year

Working Days (part-time):

Job Description:

• Deliver the sessions to children as per plan

• Collaborate with a team of facilitators to deliver the learning outcomes

• Document children's observations from your class and send updates

• Review each child’s patterns and development on a weekly basis

• Interact with Parents on a regular basis regarding children's activities in the

sessions

• Attend training sessions on designated weekdays to prepare for classes

• Stay up to date on the latest programs and developments at Sparkling Mindz

Sparkling Mindz

• Work with the Sparkling Mindz team to improve the program and share best

practices

Qualifications and Qualities Required

• Graduation/ Post Graduation from any recognised University with minimum 2

years of experience

• Enjoy working with children

• An open attitude towards new ways of teaching and learning with children

• Any previous experience of working with children or creative trainings attended is

a plus

• Any previous training or counselling experience or a psychology background is a

plus

• Demonstrable skills in creative writing, public speaking or other hobbies is a plus

• Interest to learn new skills and quick learner

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of MS-Office Word, Excel and Power point is a must
