Job description
- Handling of any special customer requirement.
- Analyze and provide the best logistics solution based on customer needs and the most efficient shipping cost
- Anticipate deviations or exceptions in the process to take appropriate actions taken in time to return to the established process.
- Follow up to pre-shipment orders.
- Development of performance metrics.
- Maintenance or update of requirements for specific shipping orders.
- Management for Outlook accounts for Orders update
- Interaction with COE analysts and outbound stores of all IBM brands
- Attention to IBM international customers
Applicant's profile
Knowledge of the export warehouse process, Personnel Management, Communication with

Degree completed, Bachelor of Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, Administration or related
