Monitors capacity and establishes production schedule to meet the requirements of existing and projected customer programs.
Accountable for area's quality, financial performance, material flow and delivery.
Responsibility and ownership of manufacturing performance metrics and develops continuous improvement action plans.
Participate in the creation of new policies and assist in the deployment of new employee related policies.
Responsible for customer interaction and customer complaint response (8D).
