This Director level leadership role will be responsible for the build and overall management of service delivery teams for the U.S. firm's internal functions. To help us achieve this we have the PwC Professional; our global leadership development framework. As a Director, you'll lead our Business Services teams based out of our Mexico City Acceleration Center. You'll lead a team of problem solvers and relationship managers charged with building and managing our Business Services practice in Mexico from strategy to execution.
PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this leadership role include but are not limited to: Leading the growth and development of the Business Services practice teams in Mexico City Managing relationships with the US, non-US and Global Business Services leaders with teams in the Mexico City Acceleration Center Create alignment between the US, non-US and Global Business Services leaders and their teams in the Mexico City Acceleration Center to define and implement strategic planning and KPI reporting related to Service delivery and team performance Talent Acquisition and Development Communications - to Market, PwC U.S. Function Leaders Risk & Compliance Arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments and experiences to help team members realize their potential and support their long-term career goals Create opportunities to generate scale, efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple functional teams, projects and environments Creatively disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working internally and with the US, non-US and Global Business Services functions Create an environment where people and technology thrive together, accomplishing more than they could apart. Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Minimum of 10 years of directly related experience English fluency - both oral and written - required Demonstrated success building and leading teams in a Shared Services environment.
Demonstrated ability to migrate service relationships from an outsourced to insourced model a significant plus. Experience leveraging global talent to diversify PwC's talent ecosystem and support the needs of the business.
