Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Auto Scripts/Automation Scripts using Java or Python to enhance system functionality and automate processes.

- Handle escalations and provide technical support to resolve issues related to Maximo applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop Maximo applications and screens using Application Designer, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and seamless navigation.

- Design and implement workflows to streamline business processes within the Maximo environment.

- Manage integration tasks, including Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), to facilitate data exchange between Maximo and external systems.

- Lead data conversion efforts, ensuring accurate and efficient migration of data into the Maximo system.

- Develop and customize BIRT reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

- Configure and personalize Start Centers to meet the specific requirements of end-users and optimize their workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience in Maximo application development (at least two years of experience), customization, and administration.

- Proficiency in Auto Scripts/Automation Scripts development using Java or Python.

- Strong understanding of Maximo functionalities, including Application Designer, Workflows, Integration/MIF, and Data Conversion.

- Experience in developing and customizing BIRT reports.

- Familiarity with configuring Start Centers to enhance user experience.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations effectively.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Advanced English Level
