Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in human resources policies and practices, preferably within a professional services environment, including, but not limited to, the following areas:
Collaborating with staff to identify issues, develop and execute action plans across all areas of our people strategy including diversity, development, flexibility, performance, and rewards and recognition;
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff with the goal of understanding and facilitating career objectives and employee engagement/satisfaction (e.g., career interests, mobility, distinctive experiences and diversity initiatives);
Interpretation of HC policy, metrics, coaching and development, talent management, performance management and employee relations;
Reinforcing and guiding our people through our culture of recognition;
Updating Leader assignments making sure data is correct;
Performing Onboarding activities, assisting new joiners in the assimilation process;
Analyzing data and measuring program’s effectiveness.
Understanding and implementing team People strategy execution related to diversity initiatives;
Liaising with onboarding and recruitment teams to make sure we have the correct strategy with them to be able to have the needed structure on time;
Participating in the onboarding in the LoS of new hires, transferees, and international secondees;
Conducting root cause analyses and developing action plans based on firm’s initiatives;
Solving problems, prioritizing tasks, independently making decisions, and/or escalating and consulting with HR management;
Supporting the efficiency of the Workday process (Job changes, hires, terminations);
Participating in the facilitation of mid-year check-in to identify performance trends, promotion candidates and high-potentials;
Supporting Relationship leaders as they prepare for annual Career Roundtable meetings (e.g., identifying performance concerns, finalizing compensation, and Career Outlook preparation);
Demonstrating thorough level of knowledge and proven success in the application of Human Capital strategies;
Teaming and multi-tasking in a collaborative environment;
Building and maintaining relationships;
Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently, to and/or for all levels of internal staff and management; and,
Delivering timely and constructive feedback as well as coaching others to do the same.
