WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR ROUTINE:
• Analysis and oversight of financial/accounting and administrative activities of Voltalia Mexico office;
• Responsible for the bank accounts and preparation of the tax declaration;
• Responsible for the treasury, including the preparation of payments and cash flow reports;
• Responsible for the cost control;
• Support to report preparation, being the responsible for the country information collection;
• Support for the management of legal matters;
• Support for IT and Human Resources;
• Support the development of projects from the administrative and financial point of view;
• Coordination of all consultants (accounting, tax, legal);
• Manage local business unit in cooperation with Latam responsible: Budget, Legal, Human Resources, Administrative, Financial.
REQUIREMENTS
THE ENERGY WE NEED
• Bachelor degree in administration, accounting or correlated areas
• MBA and Master degree is a plus
• IFRS knowledge is a plus
• Experience with the Mexico Market
• English and local language proficiency
• Advanced Excel and Office skills
