GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The general responsibilities of this role include assisting candidates through the application process, explaining potential career paths for each major and degree program, and providing information about financial aid options. In addition to helping candidates with admissions paperwork, this role may also attend recruitment events, college fairs, and career fairs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit prospective students and provide guidance, advice, and assistance with the enrollment process.
- Respond to inquiries and connect with leads, providing information about the educational institution and specific programs.
- Explain admissions requirements, share details about the application process, and research any additional information that may be needed.
- Organize and/or participate in recruitment events and other outreach activities or marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background in enrollment services, marketing, or higher education.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Marketing experience is also helpful, as is proficiency with enrollment tools and programs.
- Familiarity with admissions and enrollment procedures is an advantage.
