- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Adhere to department policies, procedures, and control expectations.
- Ability to gather, compile and analyze data.
- Work with Quality department to correlate scope of work routers and Skill Matrix task to be able to align both initiatives .
- Assist in improving routers and work scope/router compliance or other shop documentation •
- Proactively help improve processes and assist in developing procedures and work instructions when needed to sustain the process improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Able to prioritize tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge in advanced analytics tools / Strong coding skills e.g., Java, Python, C++, or other
- Proven experiences in data analysis (internship or work experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, SQL) to produce ad-hoc data analyses and presentations.
- Analytics skills and data driven mindset such as competence in KPI’s and bowler creation and maintenance, process mapping and redesign, VSM)
