Americas Zone Domain Delivery Lead, Corporate Business Platforms

The L'Oreal Corporate Business Platforms teamis looking for a Domain Delivery Lead to manage IT portfolio and platformssupporting various corporate functions, including DEI, legal, real estate, general services,communications, etc. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple existing applications and new projects,including ensuring a successful kickoff, requirements gathering anddocumenting, collaboration with technical teams to develop implementation plans,timely delivery within the budget, and setting and managing stakeholderexpectations. You will have key accountability for risk management, problemresolution and customer satisfaction.

This position will report directly to theVice President, Head of Corporate Business Platforms. JOBRESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the existing portfolio of applicationssupporting Corporate functions, support Business stakeholders and ensure applicationavailability and stability Lead new projects and initiatives through the entirelifecycle, from gathering and documenting the requirements to managingschedule, resources and timeline through implementation, UAT and rollout Follow Agile methodology; ensure continuousprioritization is in place Maintain and enhance L'Oreal IT Project Managementstandards, processes & tools Take ownership of the Application Portfolio Management (APM)for the respective domain Build and maintain relationships across the L'OrealAmericas, with both Business and IT counterparts and external partners Lead or participate in vendor selection and contractnegotiation EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Business or equivalent experience 10 years in IT, 5 years of experience leadingmultiple IT projects/project portfolio Track record of delivering highly visible projects ontime and on budget Ability to interact with various levels withinorganization Self-starter; team player with a high level ofinitiative Ability to work independently under little supervision ina demanding client centric environment Excellent organization and time management skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills,ability to relate technical details in business friendly format Proficiency working with Project Management and IssueTracking tools (ServiceNow preferred) CSM certification is a plus Experience working in a Global organization preferred Ability to speak Spanish / Portuguese / French is aplus
