Assoc Director IT Product Delivery Lead Job Description

  • Deeply understand the business strategy and communicate it effectively to the development team.

Manage Day to day development Team and overall support of application.

  • Articulate the voice and priorities of the customer, Define the vision, roadmap and goal of the Product.
  • Resource Planning to support the product roadmap Ensure that the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed; Ensure availability of the development team to clarify questions as they come up.
  • Identify and prioritize features to be delivered through the Product Backlog; Assist with grooming the feature backlog.

Participate in solution design and delivery; Facilitating demos and customer feedback sessions, Help define feature acceptance criteria and test cases

  • Scrum Master Collaboration on a regular basis; Attend daily Scrums, release planning and retrospective meetings
  • Manage vendor relationship, align on process, roles/responsibilities, and expectations from Novartis
  • Act as the primary liaison with the end customer and business sponsors
  • Ensure solutions meet business and/or customer needs throughout the product lifecycle Minimum requirements
  • 10 years of industry experience in IT, healthcare, or pharma; good understanding of technology and methodologies as applied in the respective area.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with proven track record in IT Service delivery and developing IT service strategies, tailoring standard services to customer requirements.
  • Experience with Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, etc.

Multi-national global experience

  • Visible Business Relationship Management Soft skills
  • Proven Financial Management for IT Global projects experience.
  • Order Management and Customer engagement platforms Experience
  • Desirable knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Azure
  • Fluent English communications skills.
