This position performs validations and reconciliations to ensure integrity, quality and tax compliance across the end-to-end payroll process.
Responsibilities:
Validations/reconciliations to ensure integrity & quality in payroll calculations.
Social security reporting and payments through IDSE IMSS and SUA.
Identify issues in transactional processes, research until find the root cause and propose a corrective/preventive action plan.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in Payroll processes and/or Payroll taxes.
Basic knowledge of Payroll regulations: CFDI, Social Security, Income Tax, Local Tax.
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
Flexibility to work additional hours outside of normal schedule when required.

Effective communication to ensure a flawless operation with peers and leaders.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree preferably with a concentration in Business, Finance or Accounting.
