Activities
- Receives customer requirements and generates quotations according to their needs.
- Manages special requirements on quoted products.
- Performs product research, calculation and selection.
- Assists customers with price list related questions.
- Performs margin calculation of products and special orders.
- PED category determination.
- Validate IBR compliance if necessary.
- Coordinate internal technical support, necessary for special applications with the different support departments (Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, etc.).
- Analysis of regulatory technical documents, product application conditions and special requirements.
- Support other application engineers and the sales channel on products with special requirements.
- Support Order Entry team.
- Quote projects, provide required documentation and follow up on order entry.
- Processing customer orders/requests and ensuring requirements are met.
